EMDP is the lead National Governing Body (NGB) for exercise, movement and dance. It is a not for profit organisation dedicated to the development of exercise, movement and dance provision throughout England and the UK. EMDP’s vision is to have ‘More people enjoying good health and well-being through exercise movement and dance – for life’.

Physical activity is a means to prolonging life and is a key component of preventative healthcare. Physical, social and emotional well-being is the positive outcome for many who participate in exercise, movement and dance. If you are looking for a training course to become an Exercise, Movement and Dance Teacher, we have courses planned for 2011. Our Adults course is CYQ Level 3 and recognised by REPs at Level 3.
